Our primary service. We cut any material — metal, stone, glass, composites, plastics — using a 60,000 PSI abrasive waterjet stream. No heat, no HAZ, no distortion. Parts come off the table ready for secondary operations or final use.
No minimum order. Send us a single DXF and we'll cut one part. Ideal for design validation, fit checks, and engineering samples before committing to production tooling.
Repeat orders, blanket POs, and high-volume cutting. We nest parts efficiently, maintain consistent tolerances across the run, and ship on your schedule.
Beyond flat cutting — we work with your engineers to handle complex geometries, multi-material assemblies, and parts that require secondary operations like bending, welding, or finishing.
We accept all standard CAD and vector formats. DXF is preferred for the cleanest results. If you're unsure, send what you have — we'll work with it.
